WellnessInsider

Evidence-graded wellness reporting

About WellnessInsider

WellnessInsider evaluates wellness products, brands, and claims against published evidence -- not marketing copy. Every article links to primary sources (peer-reviewed studies, clinical guidance, regulatory statements) rather than other wellness media, and every brand in our directory is scored against the same public rubric described on our review-process page.

Independence. WellnessInsider runs no affiliate links and takes no payment for coverage. Nothing on this site earns a commission when you buy, and no brand can purchase inclusion, a score, or a placement. Where a commercial relationship of any kind exists behind a piece of coverage, that article carries a visible disclosure at the point the brand is mentioned, not buried in a policy page. Our brand review process applies identically to every brand we assess.

Evidence, not persuasion. Wellness marketing is built to persuade first and inform second. We try to do the opposite: grade the evidence, name the studies, and say plainly when the evidence is thin or contested -- even when that’s a less satisfying answer than a marketing claim would give you.

Corrections. Every article carries a visible last-updated date. When evidence changes, we update the article rather than leaving outdated claims live. Substantive factual corrections are logged with dates and change summaries on our corrections page. If you believe something we’ve published is inaccurate, contact our editorial team so we can review it.

Editorial standards. Our editorial standards document the sourcing policy, review process, and AI-assistance disclosure rules that govern every article. Our methodology page publishes the A–D evidence-grading rubric the validator applies to every health claim before it can be published.
